Terms of use of Blackstone Advisor digital services

Version 2026-10-v1 — Courtesy translation: in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

Introduction

These Terms govern access to and use of the site, the Client Area and the digital services made available by Blackstone Advisor.

1. Scope

These Terms concern exclusively the use of digital services. Any professional engagement conferred on Blackstone Advisor or on a professional connected to the Firm may be governed by separate agreements, engagement letters, quotations or specific conditions.

Creating an account, submitting a request or using Blackstone Tax AI does not, in itself, constitute the conferral of a professional engagement.

2. Account

Certain features may require the creation of an account. The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information and protect their access credentials. The account is personal and must not be made available to unauthorised persons. The user must promptly inform Blackstone Advisor if they believe their credentials have been compromised.

3. Client Area

The Client Area may allow, among other things: consulting and downloading documents; uploading documents; submitting requests to the Firm; requesting certain services; booking meetings; checking information on services and payments. The features actually available may depend on the user's profile and the services activated.

4. Documents

The user is responsible for the lawfulness of the documents and information uploaded through their account. Unlawful or harmful files, files containing malware or third-party information not relevant to the requested service must not be uploaded.

Blackstone Advisor may adopt technical and organisational measures to protect documents, but the user must nevertheless take appropriate precautions in managing their credentials and the devices used.

5. Paid services

Some digital or professional services may be subject to payment. Price, duration and essential characteristics are indicated before purchase or confirmation of the request. Online payments may be handled by specialised external providers. Blackstone Advisor does not directly acquire full card data when payment is made through a payment page hosted by the relevant provider.

6. Appointments

Appointments may be requested or booked through the available features. Any displayed availability does not constitute an absolute guarantee until the booking is properly confirmed. Any specific conditions relating to cancellations, rescheduling or refunds must be indicated to the user before the related purchase, where applicable.

7. Document and administrative services

Any services such as F24 requests, company registry reports or other document services are to be understood according to the description made available on the platform. A request to prepare an F24 form does not amount to autonomous execution of the related payment by the platform, unless expressly indicated.

8. Blackstone Tax AI

Blackstone Tax AI is a support tool that uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide preliminary analyses and indications. The service: does not replace personalised professional advice; does not guarantee that responses are complete, error-free or up to date with respect to every concrete circumstance; does not automatically constitute professional, tax, legal, financial or investment advice; may require verification of documents, facts and applicable legislation by a professional.

Complex or significant matters, or matters liable to produce tax, asset, corporate or financial consequences, must be submitted for professional verification before decisions are taken. The specific terms and warnings relating to Blackstone Tax AI also apply.

9. Permitted use

The user undertakes not to: use the services for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with the security or operation of the platform; use automated systems to overload or abuse the services; upload malware or harmful content; use the identity or account of other persons without authorisation.

Blackstone Advisor may restrict or suspend access in the event of breaches, security risks, non-payment in the cases provided for, or improper use of the service.

10. Service availability

Blackstone Advisor aims to ensure the continuity and reliability of its digital services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary suspensions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, external providers, security or causes beyond reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

The site, software, design, trademarks, editorial content, templates, analyses and other materials made available by Blackstone Advisor are protected by applicable law. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited except as necessary for personal use of the services or as otherwise authorised. Documents belonging to the user or lawfully uploaded by them remain subject to the related rights.

12. Limitations

The information published on the site is of a general nature and does not automatically constitute advice relating to a specific situation. Professional, tax, corporate, financial or asset decisions must be taken considering facts, documents, legislation and concrete circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

13. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice and, for tools present on the user's device, in the Cookie Policy. Blackstone Tax AI is also accompanied by a specific notice and warning.

14. Changes

Blackstone Advisor may update these Terms for regulatory, technical or organisational reasons. Where a change significantly affects services used by registered users, Blackstone Advisor may communicate it through the site, the Client Area or other appropriate channels and, where necessary, require renewed acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights recognised by applicable legislation. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction criteria provided for by law and by any professional or contractual conditions specifically applicable to the relationship.
